CLEANING & MAINTENANCE FAQS

Can weeds grow in an artificial grass lawn?

Weeds are prevented from growing underneath the lawn by the layers of aggregate and weed barrier membrane.

We recommend you keep an eye on any plant debris or litter which lands on your artificial lawn by hoovering or sweeping your lawn every now and again.

Weeds can grow anywhere there is moisture (this is true of gutters, decking, patios) but these are usually weak as they cannot embed in soil, and very easy to lift out of the grass. A common weedkiller can also be used on the area without damaging the grass.
