Does an artificial grass putting green play in the same way as a natural grass green?
If a professional standard putting green, such as Proputt, is used then yes artificial putting greens react in a very similar way to a natural putting green.
In terms of playability, Proputt has the same rollout and ball holding ability as you would find on a golf course putting green and that’s why more and more Pro Golfers are using synthetic grass to practice their short game.
The design and installation of the green is also a key factor in how realistic the play is and we are experts in creating bespoke artificial greens.
